Customer experience and top quality are top priorities for Erica, she applies both interests during the execution of the projects She manages. She monitors deadlines and client wishes and ensures that projects achieve high quality.  She currently works as a project manager and quality assurance officer.

Erica worked in customer experience for 20+ years. She experienced firsthand the importance of customer experience and why it is an important aspect to focus on . Erica has served as a Client advisor.

Erica is involved with the management of projects for all clients. She ensures that client requirements are translated into a sound research design as effectively as possible and that deadlines are met. Erica also suggests improvements and activities are (permitted to be) carried out within the GDPR framework.
